’09 Summer

Summer 2009

This summer we got caught in a whirlwind of confusion from Debra’s job, which snatched us up from Louisville and tossed us out in northern Minnesota. Two days later the whirlwind pulled Debra back to Louisville. As I write this she’s still there, living in a motel.

Meanwhile, I stayed with our trailer on the Iron Range of northern Minnesota, helping with the care of our newborn granddaughter (and her parents, of course). Erika is her name.

Fortunately, Debra was able to return from Louisville for the 4th of July weekend. As you can see, she got to put in some Grandma time too.
